Together with the CFO, you will be responsible for developing financial and business processes and working with the management team and business unit leaders. The tasks are diverse, and mentoring is active and of high quality. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility and to progress quickly in a growing startup in the wellness industry.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Handling daily financial matters (e.g. purchase and sales ledgers & invoicing)
Monitoring and producing financial and business reports
Monitoring and managing cash and IT systems (e.g. product and customer registries, reservation system, payment traffic)
Supporting personnel management (e.g. IT system orientation)
Other business development and support

What we are looking for:
You are accurate, systematic, and self-directed
You are eager to learn new things and want to develop as a financial professional
You have a basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial management. You are excited to create and improve related processes
You may have already worked in similar positions and have appropriate education (e.g. business college degree, bachelor's degree in business, or equivalent)
You use MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) fluently and learn to use various IT systems quickly (e.g. accounting or ERP software)
You are a team player and care about the well-being of others
You communicate fluently in Finnish and English
You value well-being and health
