You are an important part of our community, and the face of our coachings. You are responsible for guiding and coaching players of the Padel X community and helping them elevate their own game to the next level.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
You coach, train, and guide players, helping them shine through courses and private coaching sessions
You collaborate with the Head of Padel X Pori to plan coaching programs and courses
You listen to players' requests and assist them in improving areas they find challenging
You represent the centers, serve the community, and actively build relationships with community members

You have experience in sports instruction

You are able to communicate in Finnish and English, and are fluent in one of the languages
