Purpose of Processing

Customer Register

The information in the register is processed for the purpose of managing customer relationships, direct marketing, communication, and other contacts. The information in the customer register may be used for marketing activities carried out by Padel X Oy, or its partners, unless the customer has explicitly prohibited direct marketing.

Information Processed in the Customer Register:

  • Name, gender, date of birth, postal address, billing address, email address, phone number

  • Consents and permissions (e.g., prohibition of direct marketing and newsletters)

  • Other information collected with the customer's consent (e.g., photos).

Regular Data Sources

The information in the register is collected from the following sources:

  • Information provided by the individual through a standard contract agreement

  • Information provided by the individual when making a reservation for a regular game time

  • Information related to contractual relationships 

  • Technical information on system usage

  • Information obtained through Padel X Oy's reservation system (MATCHi)

  • Information obtained based on the services provided by Padel X Oy that the person has used.

Regular Disclosures of Data

Data is not disclosed to external parties or used for purposes other than those mentioned by Padel X Oy. Your personal information may be disclosed to our subcontractors to the extent that they are involved in the implementation of the purposes described in this statement. The technical maintenance partner of the data controller responsible for the register may transfer personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and this privacy statement.

Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA

Data is not transferred outside the EU.

Duration of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed for as long as the customer relationship of the registered individual is valid. Personal data may be retained for a longer period if required by applicable legislation or contractual obligations towards third parties. We will delete the information of individuals whose customer relationship with Padel X Oy or its reservation system has ended within a reasonable time.

Principles of Register Protection

Customer information is stored in Padel X Oy's information system. The access to the register is granted only to designated individuals who require the information to perform their duties. The individuals processing the information in the register are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Profiling and Automated Decision-Making

We do not use the information for profiling or automated decision-making.

Rights of the Registered Individual

The registered individual should submit a request to the data controller when exercising the following rights. The data controller may ask the registered individual to specify the request in writing and verify their identity before processing the request.   • The registered individual has the right to check the personal data stored in the customer register.

  • The registered individual has the right to request the correction of incorrect or incomplete information concerning them.

  • The registered individual has the right to object to the processing of their personal data if they believe that the data has been processed unlawfully.

  • The registered individual has the right to refuse the use of their data for direct marketing.

  • The registered individual has the right to request the data controller to delete the personal data concerning them, unless there is a legal basis for the processing.

  • The registered individual has the right to request the data controller to restrict the processing of personal data concerning them.

  • The registered individual has the right to object to the processing of their data.

  • The registered individual has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, if they believe that their personal data has been processed unlawfully.
