- How can I activate my student/senior discount?

You can activate your student or senior status by sending a picture of your valid student ID (for students) or ID card (for seniors) via email to your center. The status will be activated by the center, after which the discounts will be available for you at MATCHi.
- Can I pay with employee fringe benefits?

Yes, you can! Paying with employee fringe benefits works as follows: When you visit the center, for example, when booking a court, you can pay at the counter with the desired amount using your employee fringe benefits, and at the same time, we will load the amount onto your MATCHi gaming account. You can also transfer the money from your home sofa and send a picture of the receipt to the email address of your center. This way, you will have gaming credit, which you can use to pay directly through MATCHi in the future. Our accepted providers are ePassi, Smartum ja Edenred. We don’t accept physical employee fringe benefit notes.
- Can I rent rackets and balls from the center?

Rackets are available for loan at the centers, and balls are available for purchase via MobilePay or at the counter.
- How can I rent a ball machine?

You can rent a ball machine for your own use from MATCHi. The ball machine should be booked as its own "court". If you don't see this option in your MATCHi app, ask the staff for assistance when you visit the center.
- Why was my call not answered?

Calls to the center's customer service are answered within the opening hours of the center's customer service. However, all center phone numbers are connected to WhatsApp, so you can leave a message on WhatsApp anytime, and you will be answered as soon as the staff is available again.
- When is customer service available at the center?

You can find the opening hours of each center's customer service on the center-specific pages in the top menu. Customer service is available during the "cafe & shop" opening hours.
- How can I book a longer game time than half an hour?

In the MATCHi app, when selecting a court, you can extend the booking in half-hour increments up to two hours under "extend booking". If you don't see this button for the selected court in MATCHi, it means that the court is not available for a longer duration than half an hour. If you are booking a session through MATCHi via a browser, you can extend the duration of the session by editing the duration in the "confirm" window.
- How can I book a regular game time?

Send an email to your center, including your request for the time of the regular time. The center will respond and inform you if the regular time is available.
